This beautiful holiday apartment for a maximum of 4 guests is located in a holiday home in Mooswald in the municipality of Fresach in Carinthia, in the immediate vicinity of Lake Millstätter See and has a wonderful view of the mountains and the surrounding area.

This apartment is located on the ground floor and has a beautiful and comfortable living/dining room with a seating area and balcony, as well as a well-equipped kitchen, 2 spacious bedrooms and a bathroom. It also offers a large garden with a swimming pool (shared with other guests). You can park directly at the holiday home.

The small, idyllic town of Fresach is 4 km from the accommodation and offers numerous options for daily shopping. Fresach is located in the Villach-Land district, on the border with Italy and Slovenia. Here you can also hike to the Weltenberg Mirnock or take a long bike ride. In the summer season you can swim and do water sports in the nearby Lake Millstättersee or at Lake Magdalen in Villach. The public swimming pools in Paternion and Radenthein also offer lots of swimming fun in summer! The region offers numerous hiking trails, bicycle and mountain bike tours, all kinds of events and excursion destinations and a wide range of culinary highlights.

For the winter season, there are various ski areas with almost 800 kilometers of slopes available, such as the Sportberg Goldeck on the Gerlitzen, the ski area in Bad Kleinkirchheim or on the Katschberg, all of which can be reached in around 30 minutes by car.

Directly in Fresach you will find plenty of shopping opportunities for your daily needs, as well as a good selection of restaurants.

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
